Ernest is an IP and business lawyer at Adams Grumbles LLP, focusing on the needs of innovation-driven startups and entrepreneurs.  He helps new businesses launch and grow with counsel on intellectual property strategy and protection, business structure, finance, internal/external agreements and other areas key to startup success. Ernest is one of the co-founders and leaders of MOJO Minnesota, a startup advocacy cooperative.  He's also a co-founder and advisory board member of Gopher Angels, the largest angel investor organization in Minnesota.

Ernest enjoys photography (film & digital), a little guitar and trying to keep up with his three teenage daughters.
